On January 11, 2024, in the premises of the BiH Olympic Committee, the signing of the contract on the implementation of the project "Development of the State Sports Structure (DNSS) in golf" was held. President of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, acad. prof. Dr. Izet Rađo and the President of the Golf Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jasmin Selmanagić, signed the Agreement, which officially marked the beginning of the realization of this important one-year project, with a total value of 40,000 USD.

During the meeting, President Rađo pointed out that this is an extremely complex project whose goal is to enable Olympic committees to develop and strengthen the training structures of sports federations and related sports systems by setting up a medium- or long-term action plan. The improvement of the coach education system is essentially the main goal of the DNSS, but the program is also used for other purposes of the development of the Association, i.e. in order to:

- Looked at the development paths of sportsmen;

- Looked at the policies of good management;

- Built administrative capacities to support the activities of coaches and athletes;

- Optimized existing aspects of their overall management, etc.

"The BiH Golf Association has the capacity to use the project in a quality way. With this project, we raised the capacity of other federations as well, a bright example of the successful implementation of the program is the Takwondo Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina," said President Rađo.
