IOC Diploma for BIH' AMCS participants

"You are a team that NOC BIH can count on and which, we are sure, will apply all the knowledge in the organizations you come from and thus contribute to the improvement of the Olympic sports system in BIH." - are the words of the president of the NOC of BIH Marijan Kvesić.

The Olympic Museum hosted the awarding of diplomas to the participants of the prestigious program "Advanced Management Courses in Sports", which the Olympic Committee of BiH is implementing in cooperation with the International Olympic Committee.

It is an educational program designed in cooperation with the IOC with more than 150 world-renowned scientists and experts in sports management, which is aimed to improving the work of sports organizations.

In the six months that the program "Advanced Management Courses in Sports" lasted, participants had the opportunity to listen to lectures in the field of: organization and management, strategic management, human resources management, finance, marketing, project management and organization of major sporting events.

The President of the BIH NOC Marijan Kvesić pointed out that in addition to theoretical knowledge and practical exchange of experiences that participants could share betwwen each other, one of the most important components of education of this kind is mutual cooperation and creating strong ties between managers from different type of sports.

The training was successfully completed by 16 participants from BIH sports organizations, including our celebrated basketball player Razija Mujanović.

"I am happy to have had the opportunity to participate in this type of education, which has greatly improved my knowledge and which in the most concrete way contributes to creating a more favorable environment for sports development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was nice to socialize in the past 6 months and share experiences with colleagues from sports organizations in BiH"- she said at her final presentation. Razija is basketball player who is admitted to the Hall of Fame of the World Basketball Federation in 2017.

Diplomas were presented by the President of the NOC of BIH Marijan Kvesić, the Vice President of the NOC of BIH Prof. Dr. Milanko Mučibabić, the Vice President of the NOC of BIH Prof. Dr. Izet Rađo and the Secretary General Dr. Said Fazlagić.

Graduates of Advanced Management Courses in Sports 2020 are: Enes Peštek, Ademir Raščić, Azur Kuduzović, Nijaz Šahinović, Vedran Ćubela, Samir Sarić, Senad Hadžimešić, Brane Srdić, Đena Arifović, Razija Mujanović, Kornelija Leko, Selma Karčić, Amela Bajrektarević, Ajša Alić, Hana Novalija i Anel Imamović.
