Lana Pudar entered the semifinals of the European Championship in small pools in the 200-meter butterfly.

The BiH siren performed this morning in the 25-meter swimming pools in Otopeni, Romania, and passed on from qualifying group 2.

Lana swam 200 meters with a time of 2:08:69, and ahead of her in the qualifying group were Keanna Maxinnes, Angelina Kohler and Amina Kajtaz.

The second BiH competitor in this discipline, Iman Avdić, competed in qualification group 1 and in the end took overall 18th place in the qualifications with a time of 2:12.90.

Iman was only 43 hundredths away from qualifying for the semi-finals, and the last place among the top 16 was taken by Serbian swimmer Anja Crevar.

The semi-final races are scheduled today from 5:23 p.m., while the final will be held tomorrow at 5:12 p.m.
