The main results of the meeting included the valorization of the transversal skills of top athletes within their participation in the labor market. Therefore, seven topics of Elite-IN training have been defined:

Problem solving / stress

Time management

Teamwork

Ethics at work

Entrepreneurship

Communication (presentation skills, etc.)

In the next few months, the partners will work diligently to develop the content of the training, which is intended to be held in the form of online training, while at the same time one can expect the publication of invitations for participants of Elite-IN training.

Elite-IN is the third Erasmus + Sport project implemented by the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and one of the three Erasmus + sport projects that specifically focuses on the dual careers of top athletes.
