Amel Tuka had his first appearance tonight after the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games at the Diamond League in Lausanne.

In tonight's Diamond League race in Lausanne, our best athlete won 6th place in extremely strong competition with a time of 1: 45.98. Tuka opened the race well and was among the first four competitors before the last 100 meters, and in the finish he went through the finish line as sixth.
