The second Mediterranean Beach Games Patras 2019 officially ended tonight with a solemn closing ceremony.

The ceremony began at 20:30 local time in "Artemis", where the opening ceremony of the Games was held. Marko Đurić achieved the best result of the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina and had the honor to carry  the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Representatives of aquathlon Nermin Palić and Mladen Stevanović also performed today. In the overall ranking, Stevanović took 12th place, and Palić 15th place.

The Games were attended by 26 countries whose athletes competed in 11 sports. The games were supported by over 1000 volunteers. As the host country, Greece also took the first place in the overall ranking of medals won.
