National Olympic Committee of BiH additionally supported Athletics athletes Amel Tuka and Kemal Mesic to reach the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

The Executive Committee of the Olympic Committee of BiH, at its 21st regular session held on Tuesday, June 18, 2019. made a decision to allocate funds to athletes Amela Tuka and Kemal Mešić from the budget of OC BiH for preparations for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in the amount of 1,000.00 KM per month for the period from July 1st, 2019. to 24.07.2020. until the start of the Tokyo Games.

With this Decision, the Executive Committee of the OC BiH allocated an additional 26,000.00 KM from its budget in order to continuously support BiH  athletes and sports for the Games.

Namely, Amel Tuka is a beneficiary of the regular scholarship of the Olympic Committee of BiH through the Olympic Solidarity for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. This is an additional support for Amel for the preparations from the Olympic Committee of BiH.

Kemal Mešić is not a beneficiary of the scholarship for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, and the BiH Olympic Committee wants to support him in this way for the best possible preparations for these Games.
