Advanced Sport Management Courses

 Third module of Advanced Sports Management Courses was held on Wednesday and Thursday 1st and 2ndJuly, 2020, and it addressed the topic of human resource management in the Olympic sport organizations.

It is a very extensive educational program designed by the International Olympic Committee intended for the education of staff working in sport administration. The curriculum was made in cooperation with more than 150 world-renowned sport experts from sport management and it includes learning about the key competencies, which are necessary for a successful management of sport organizations. The last third module of Advanced Sports Management Courses was held on Wednesday and Thursday 1st and 2ndJuly, 2020, and it addressed the topic of human resource management in the Olympic sport organizations. "Considering the fact that recently, we have ‘rejuvenated’ our federation, the courses regarding Human resource management, as well as the entire program, will be of great benefit to us.

I would like to point out that the networking component of this project,is very important for us as sport workers, because it enables mutual exchange of experiences, information and ideas, and I am grateful to the Olympic Committee of BiH, for enabling  us to take part in this kind of education "- said Vedran Ćubela Secretary General of the Taekwondo Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The participants of the program of Advanced Sport Management Courses are 24sport administrators from sport organizations in BiH and the program will last until November 2020.
