The best athlete from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Amel Tuka, is at the top of the European list of competitors in the 800 meters event.

Amel Tuka has been the best athlete in Bosnia and Herzegovina for years now, but also among the best in its category in the world. He is currently at the top of the ranking list of the best 800-meter runners in Europe.

The Bosnian and Herzegovinian athlete is in first place with 1377 points, followed by Adam Kszczot (Poland) with 1319 and Elliot Giles (UK) with 1309 points.

As we can recall, Tuka is in good shape and two weeks ago he triumphed at the Athletic Rally in Savona, Italy, with a time of 1.47.86, writes SC Sport.

Amel Tuka is a long-term NOC BIH scholarship holder and he is the first BH athlete who qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. The Tokyo 2020 Olympics start in less than 60 days, and for Amel, it will be his second appearance at the world's largest sports festival.
