At the just concluded 2nd European Games held in Minsk - Belarus, our best athlete and judoka Larisa Cerić delighted us with a silver medal, which is also the first medal at the European Games for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Olympic Committee of BiH has been continuously supporting our most trophy-winning athlete for several years, and in this regard organized a reception for Larisa Cerić and her coach, Prof. Dr. Branislav Crnogorac, in order to officially thank the achieved result in this way as well.

The President of OC BiH, Prof. Dr. Izet Radjo, pointed out "That Larisa is fighting within the European and World Championships with competitors who represent populous and rich countries whose sports federations have multimillion budgets. This makes Larisa Ceric's success for Bosnia and Herzegovina even greater."

On this occasion, the Olympic Committee of BiH, as a non-budget user, set aside awards for the achieved result, 10,000 KM for Larisa, and 5,000 KM for her coach, as an additional incentive to continue working on great successes for BiH.
