The first module of the program "Advanced Sport Management Courses" that was organized by the Olympic Committee of BiH was completed. The purpose of this module was to educate sport workers and operatives of sport federations of BiH by improving the work of sport federations and the entire sport system of BiH.

The participants of this extensive educational program that was designed by the International Olympic Committee were: Razija Mujanović, Tatjana Đekanović, Ivona Čavar, Lejla Tanović, Arijana Jaha, Enes Peštek, Nikola Stanković, Ademir Raščić, Azur Kuduzović, Nijaz Šahinović, Vedran Čubelja, Samir Šarić, Senad Hadžimešić, Brane Srdić, Đena Arifović, Adnan Talić, Kornelija Rajković, Amela Hadžiahmetović, Selma Karčić, Amela Bajraktarević, Ajša Alić, Hana Novalija, Anel Imamović and Adna Bešlija.  The course program is fully dictated by the IOC and is designed in collaboration with more than 150 world-renowned experts in sports management and includes learning about the key competencies that are necessary for successful management of sport organizations.

The International Olympic Committee has recognized the value of systematic training of professionals in sport organizations, and through the program "Advanced Sport Management Courses " the IOC  attempts to overcome the lack of national programs that are supposed to educate administrators and managers in sport. The programs are designed to serve as a tool for sport federations in conducting staff training aimed at improving their knowledge and skills, but also at establishing an educated society that will make strong links between managers from different sports and enable further exchange of experiences, information, knowledge and skills. The educational program follows the basic management areas and it is composed of seven modules; an introduction to advanced courses, sport management, organizing an Olympic sport organization, strategic management, human resource management, financial management, marketing and organizing a sport event. Given the restrictive measures, the modules will be held online until the preconditions for gathering the participants are met. We would like to remind you that the first edition of "Advanced Sport Management Courses" was held in 2014, when 16 candidates from Bosnia and Herzegovina's sport federations successfully completed the training."
