Challenges and opportunities for the integration of elite athletes into the labor market

Within the implementation of the Erasmus + sports project "Integration of top athletes into the labor market through the valorization of their transversal skills - ELIT-in", all successfully completed activities are present:

• Analysis of the state of valorization and recognition of transversal skills of top athletes in Europe
• Best practices for valorization and recognition of transversal skills of top athletes
• Curriculum for educating top athletes on transversal skills that are difficult to adopt during a sports career
• European standards on the valorisation of transversal skills acquired during a sports career
• Methodological guidelines for recognizing and recognizing the transversal skills of top athletes
• Online training on transversal skills and their application in the dual careers of top athletes
