Junior representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina in speed skating (short track), Ermin Raščić and Nedim Muzaferović, performed the previous weekend, on October 14 and 15, at the international competitions "Alpe Adria Trophy" in Zagreb and at the Trophee du Grand Lion-Belfort (France).

Raščić had an excellent performance in Zagreb and took second place among 140 competitors from 9 countries and won a silver medal, while Muzaferović took 10th place in Lyon, among 161 competitors.

Raščić and Muzaferović, in addition to a good performance, achieved the standard defined by the rules of the International Skating Union (ISU) and the Rulebook of the Skating Sports Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and thereby ensured their appearance at the World Speed Skating Championship in the junior competition, which will be held in Gdańsk (Poland).

The Skating Sports Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed their satisfaction with the performance of our representatives, especially when it is known that this is the first official competition and the very beginning of the skating season.
