Final preparations for the opening of the Olympic Museum

Today's meeting in the premises of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held on the issue of final preparations before the opening of the Olympic Museum.

Today's meeting in the premises of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held on the issue of final preparations before the opening of the Olympic Museum. The topics of the meeting were focused on finalizing the art exhibition and organizational details of the opening ceremony scheduled for October 8, 2020, respecting the current protection measures against COVID-19.

All proposals were unanimously adopted by those present, and it was concluded that all doubts were overcome in the final phase of preparations for the grand opening of the Olympic Museum.

We are sure that the entire BiH public is looking forward to seeing the renovated space of the Olympic Museum, which is one of the most important symbols of the capital, but also of entire Bosnia and Herzegovina. After the successful organization of the winter EYOF 2019, the renovation of the Olympic Museum is another successful project between the Olympic Committee of BiH and the City of Sarajevo.

The meeting was attended by: Prof. Dr. Izet Radjo, President of the OK BiH; Marijan Kvesić, Vice President of OK BiH; dr sci. Said Fazlagić, Secretary General of the OK BiH; Edin Numankadić, acting Director of the Olympic Museum, Abdulah Skaka, Mayor of the City of Sarajevo; Sanjin Smajlović, Attorney General of the City of Sarajevo and Advisor to the Mayor; Maja Hadžihalilović, Secretary of the City Administration of the City of Sarajevo; Alma Švrakić, coordinator of the creative realization of the program content of the opening of the Olympic Museum and Emir Murga, protocol of the City of Sarajevo.
