Alpine skiers start 2023 with international competitions and new FIS points. Bh. Olympian Emir Lokmić and Marko Šljivić achieved notable results at the beginning of 2023. At the FIS Kupres international competition, Olympian Lokmić scored 27.81 FIS points in the giant slalom event.

In addition to Lokmić and Šljivić, other BiH athletes participated in the said competition. representatives, and among the first 20 were positioned Dino Terzić and Muhamed Huseinović.
