In the premises of the Olympic Committee of BiH on March 30, 2022. The presentation of the Erasmus + project RINGS - The Road to an Innovative Way of Managing NOCs and Grassroot Sports Organizations.

It is an international project implemented by the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a project partner in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in coordination with the EU Office of the European Olympic Committees, and in partnership with 11 National Olympic Committees of Europe.

The main goal of the project is to modernize the strategic management of the National Olympic Committees of Europe with a specific focus on change management, creating relationships with internal and external stakeholders and public relations. In this regard, a special Manual for Strategic Management and Manual for Public Relations was created and presented to the members of the Assembly of the Olympic Committee of BiH.

The aim of the presentation of the final products of the RINGS project is to provide the Sports Professional Federations of Bosnia and Herzegovina with access to specially created tools and manuals in order to improve their work in the fields of strategic management and public relations. The manuals will be available on the website of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina in September 2022.

The Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been closely cooperating with the EOC EU Office for many years, especially in the field of realization of projects financed by the European Union. We are sure that the final results and products of the RINGS project will find their practical application in the Olympic Committee of BiH, as well as in the Sports Professional Federations of BiH, and the wider BiH sports community.
