Representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina in figure skating, sisters Leila and Nadia Festić, members of the Ice Sports Club "Unity" from Sarajevo, performed at the international competition, "MEXICO CUP 2023", which was held from 18 to 21 May 2023 in the city of Queretaro, Mexico.

550 skaters from 9 countries took part in this strong competition. Our Leila and Nadia had a notable performance in the Junior competition. Leila Festić took 13th place and Nadia Festić 17th place.

"In the Skating Sports Federation of BiH, despite all the problems in this sport, we are satisfied with their performance and result, and we are especially satisfied with how they represented BIH with dignity and pride in Mexico" - says Zikrija Đonko, president of the Skating Sports Federation of BIH.
