MEETING OF OK BIH LEADERS WITH THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF SARAJEVO
Leaders of the Olympic Committee of BiH, President Marijan Kvesić and Vice President prof. Dr. Izet Rađo, today in the City Hall met with the Mayor of Sarajevo Benjamin Karić and deputies Haris Bašić and Anja Margetić.
The focus of the talks so far has been on preparations for the joint candidacy of Sarajevo and Barcelona for the 2030 Winter Olympics.
The President of the OK BiH, Marijan Kvesić, informed the Mayor that they had a meeting with the leaders of the Spanish Olympic Committee during the "Beijing 2022" Winter Olympics. He pointed out that the meeting took place in a positive and optimistic atmosphere. It was agreed that the next meeting would be held in Madrid, and at the beginning of March, Sarajevo would host a delegation from Spain.
