SPORTS FAIR 2022 | Signed Memorandum on Business Cooperation/Partnership

On the occasion of the upcoming Sports Fair, a Memorandum on Business Cooperation/Partnership was signed today in the formal hall of the Skenderija Centre, which was signed by: in front of the organizers, the director of the Skenderija Center Damir Petrinić, B.Ecc and partners, vice president of the OK BiH Prof. Dr. Izet Rađo and general Director Number 1, M.Sci.Dr. Nihad Selimović.

The sports fair will be held from September 8 to 11, 2022. with contents that will include all segments of sports, education and healthy lifestyle.

The director of the Skenderija Center pointed out that he is very pleased to have the opportunity to announce the Sports Fair, which promotes passion for sports and a healthy lifestyle above all.

He also said that the concept of the fair is the promotion of the universal values of sport for a more humane and better society, which is more necessary than ever, and the promotion of new sports, education, the application of new technologies and plenty of sporting events.

Mr. sci. dr  Nihad Selimović expressed his satisfaction that BiH sports brand Number 1 becomes a partner with the iconic Skenderija Center and the roof house of Bosnia and Herzegovina. of sports by the BiH Olympic Committee.

Dr. Selimović also announced that the Sports Fair will be a gathering place for federations, clubs, athletes, sports clinics, manufacturers of sports equipment and healthy food, representatives of sports facilities and sports media. Company Number 1 is part of the sports milieu both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond, and for years it has successfully supported over 1,000 sports clubs and 26 BiH. representation.

Vice President of OC BiH, prof. dr Izet Rađo used the opportunity to send congratulations to BiH. the team that is at the Mediterranean Games in Oran, and he especially congratulated the athletes who have won four bronze medals to date, namely Nejra Sipović, Hamza Turulja and Rijad Džuho (karate), and Anđela Samardžić (judo), and expressed his respect for the federations, clubs, coaches and their parents.

Prof. Rađo emphasized that we can achieve much more through the sports system of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but in order to go to a higher level, the support of state authorities is necessary, which are obliged by law to finance sports as a public interest of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The BiH Olympic Committee is ready to use the Fair as a unique opportunity to promote top athletes who are the best brand and ambassadors of the state of BiH. Through their presence, we want to educate the young generation about the Olympic values that are universal, namely: friendship, respect, and excellence. Additional content will be designed through workshops and seminars aimed at raising the awareness of young people and citizens about the importance of physical activities (sports) for the overall health of people. OK BiH, together with sports federations, will animate the sports system to be part of this creative manifestation with the basic mission that people are designed for movement and that this is the only way they can preserve their health in times of technology, crisis, and instability.
